SURCHARGES

IMPORTANT

All reconditioned units are sold on an exchange basis, and a surcharge will apply which is additional to the price of the unit.

The price of the transmission unit will always be the highest price in the drop-down list which must be paid upon purchase. You must also pay the price of the surcharge upon purchase.

The surcharge will be refunded once you have returned your old unit back and it has been deemed re-conditionable.

On all our exchange units a surcharge will apply which is refundable on like for like items.

Reconditioned must be returned within 60 days of invoice date for a full refund. For units returned after 60 days the following charges will apply.

61 days to 90 days – full surcharge minus 10%
91 days to 120 days – full surcharge minus 25%
121 of after – full surcharge minus 50%

.All units must be in a complete & re-conditionable state.

All units must be clean & free of any oil, attached securely to the pallet and covered and stackable with a flat top. Failure to do this will result in a £35.00 surcharge (charged by the courier company not Simmonites)

We can arrange collection of your item which will incur a fee of the original carriage charge + a third-party collection fee of £10.00 for boxes, £20.00 for pallets, we are not always able to arrange overseas collections please email for quote.

All units must be returned with the attached note showing your details too enable us to refund your account. We do not keep any credit card details.

Please note: All units are dispatched dry and free of any oil, levels must be checked before running.

Warranties will only apply to standard applications and vehicles with original sized engines. Modified vehicles will invalidate the warranty.

Warranties are valid for 6 Months from date of Purchase and cover the parts only.

Labour is only covered if brought to Simmonites; we will not cover labour costs to other companies.
